Questions, answered
- Yours. You open the workspace, you pay the provider directly, and we are added as developers. When we are done we are removed, and everything keeps running.
- No. The number you publish keeps working. We put an agent on the end of it, and you can point the line back at your team at any time.
- A first agent answering real calls is usually two to three weeks after the audit. Anything touching your data or your systems depends on what the audit finds.
- Support contracts and developer placements are published on the pricing page. Builds are quoted after the audit, because the price depends entirely on what is there.
- It hands over to a person with the transcript and the account already open. An agent that guesses is worse than no agent, so it is built to stop.
- You keep the account, the number, the data and the build. Support is three months minimum and then month to month with 30 days notice.
